開梱時の注意事項

  • 到着後、72時間以内にマットレスを開梱してください。
  • 開梱時にはカッターナイフを使用しないでください。商品が破損する恐れがあります。
  • 開梱直後、新品特有のにおいが発生しますが害はありません。通気の良い場所に置いておくとにおいが薄れていきます。
  • 開梱時には広いスペースを確保し、周辺に危険物がないか確認してください。
  • マットレスの膨張によりケガや物を破損させる場合があります。
  • マットレスが元の形に戻るまで、通常24~72時間かかります。
  • 低温下では、マットレスが元に戻るまでに少し時間がかかる場合があります。

ご使用時の注意事項

  • 直射日光や冷暖房器具の風はフォームの劣化、変形・変色につながる可能性がありますので避けてください。
  • マットレスが体に慣れるまで2週間から1か月ほど様子を見ることをお勧めします。
  • マットレスの上で立ったり、飛び跳ねたりしないでください。
  • 床への直置きはカビ等の発生の恐れがあります。
  • 規定以上の人数で使用しないでください。商品が破損する恐れがあります。（シングル・セミダブル：1人、ダブル・クイーン：2人）
  • 乳幼児を寝かさないでください。床への転落や窒息の恐れがあります。
  • トッパーはマットレスの上でのみご使用ください。
  • 本製品は家庭用寝具を目的としております。本来の用途以外で使用しないでください。思わぬ事故やケガの原因になります。

Care Instructions
  • 2週間～1か月に一度、マットレスを風通しの良い場所に立て掛けて、底面の湿気を乾燥させてください。（厚さ20cmまで）
  • 2か月に一度、ヘッド側とフット側をローテーションしてください。
  • 汗や湿気によるカビ、ダニの発生を防ぐため、定期的に室内やマットレスの換気を行うようにしてください。
  • ご使用の際はカバーやベッドパッドをお使いください。
  • カバー取り外し不可、洗濯不可。掃除機でゴミやホコリを吸い取り、ファブリッククリーナーでお手入れしてください。
