Before purchasing

When does the 120-day trial period start and end?

This is the period from when the product is delivered to you until you can apply for a return.
Therefore, we will collect your mattress without any problems even if the collection date is more than 120 days.
If you wish to return an item, please apply within 120 days of receiving the item.

* If you do not respond to the survey within 14 days after it has been sent, your return request will be invalid. In this case, we will ask you to submit a new request.

If you wish to resubmit your claim, please do so within 120 days of receiving the product.

Are all products eligible for a 120-day trial?

*Depending on the mall, there may be differences in the badge description for the product.

Are bed frame and mattress sets eligible for the 120-day trial?

If you purchase a set product that includes a bed frame and mattress, the 120-day trial applies to the mattress, but not to the bed frame. The refund amount for the 120-day trial will be the price of the mattress minus various fees when purchasing the set product.

I purchased it from a non-official ZINUS store. Am I eligible for the 120-day trial?

Only purchases made through the official ZINUS store are eligible for the 120-day return trial.

I live in Hokkaido, Okinawa, or a remote island and would like to try the 120-day trial.

Hokkaido and Okinawa are eligible for the 120-day trial, but remote islands are not.
Please be aware of this in advance.

How long will the campaign last?

The end date is undecided, but it may end without notice.
Regarding refunds after the campaign ends, only those who have applied for a refund at the time the campaign ends will be eligible.
Please note that we cannot accept refund requests after the campaign has ended, even if the period between the time the product arrives at your door and the time you contact us yourself to inquire about a return is within 120 days.

Is return shipping free?

Return shipping is free in the Kanto region.

Please inform us that this is a 120-day trial product and we will exchange it as soon as possible.
If there is a defect , the period will be extended by the number of days it takes to fix the defect .

I purchased two eligible items. Can I get a refund for both?

Please note that the 120-day trial is limited to one product per household (same address) and one time only.

Unfortunately, this program is limited to one product per household (same address). Please note that you cannot use the 120-day trial multiple times for the same product (including different sizes) .

I moved and changed my address during the 120-day trial period. Will the 120-day trial be canceled?

Don't worry, the 120-day trial period will still apply even if you move.

However, please note that the following return shipping fees will apply outside of the Kanto region (Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki).

I purchased during a sale period or using a coupon. Will this void the trial?

The trial applies whether you purchase during a sale period or use a coupon.

How long will it take to process a refund?

Refunds will be made on the 10th, 20th, and last day of the month. Please note that the transfer date and time may be delayed depending on the timing.

Can I get a refund for points and coupons?

The coupon amount is non-refundable, but the points used at the time of purchase will be refunded at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

Returns for the 120-day trial

When returning a 120-day trial product, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire.
After receiving the product, you will be asked to try it out for at least 14 days to see how comfortable it is to sleep on.
In addition to the above two points, returns will only be accepted if you agree to the trial return policy.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to the comfort of the bed, such as incorrect size or different color.
*Mattresses that have mold, stains, dirt, or strange odors will not be eligible for return.

STEP 2

Answer the survey

We will send you a "Returns Questionnaire."
We will ask you in the questionnaire about your preferred collection date for the mattress.
*If you do not answer the questionnaire, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds.

STEP 3

Hand over the product

A worker will contact you and come to collect the product.

*Please note that workers will not be able to enter the room to carry out their work.

Cancellation fee
