Global furniture brand ZINUS launches 120-day mattress trial program! (June 5, 2023)

ZINUS JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Chou Ching-Yong), the Japanese subsidiary of the global furniture brand ZINUS, which manufactures and sells furniture with a focus on mattresses and has expanded its market to 20 countries around the world, is launching a "120-Day Trial" program for some of its mattress products, allowing customers to try out the mattress for 120 days.
Eligible products are those with a "120-day trial" badge on the product page.
You have at least 14 days to try the product, and if you are not satisfied, you can return it within 120 days.

■Conditions for returns and refunds will only be accepted if all of the conditions set out below are met.
① Apply for a return or refund using our designated application form.
② The product you are requesting a return or refund for must have a "120-day trial" badge attached.
③ More than two weeks have passed since the product arrived, and the application in ① above has been completed within 120 days of the product's arrival.
④ No one in your household (same address), including yourself, has previously received a return or refund under the 120-day trial.
*Limited to one time per household (same address).
*Even if you have purchased multiple eligible products, we will only be able to accept returns and refunds for one product.
⑤ Please answer the questionnaire we will send you when we receive your application under ① above in good faith, and agree to our "Notes on Additional Fees" and "Personal Information Handling Matters."
*If we determine that the survey content is insufficient, we may ask you to complete the survey again.
*If you do not respond to item ⑤ above within 14 days after we send you the questionnaire, your application in item ① above will be invalidated.
⑥ The location of the product for which you are requesting a return or refund is not a remote island other than Okinawa or Hokkaido.
⑦ The product for which you are requesting a return or refund must not be significantly soiled.
