Each person is limited to one application. If we find that multiple applications have been submitted by the same applicant using multiple accounts, the applications will be invalid.
Applications will not be accepted in the following cases:

We are not responsible for any comments made by applicants on social media, including comments about this campaign, or any problems related to them.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by participants after they have received their prizes.

ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador (ZINUS Family) Application Terms and Conditions

ZINUS JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following terms and conditions regarding the application and activities of ZINUS JAPAN Ambassadors (defined in Article 2; the same applies below). Anyone who applies to become a ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant") is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. *We are not affiliated with Meta or Instagram in any way.

Article 1 (Scope and changes to these Terms)
1. These Terms and Conditions apply between our company and ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants or applicants.
2. In accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code (Amendments to Standard Terms and Conditions), the Company may amend these Terms and Conditions by notifying the User of the amendments to these Terms and Conditions, the content of the amended Terms and Conditions, and the effective date of the amendments, by means of an announcement on the Company's website or by other means the Company deems appropriate.

Article 2 (Definition)
"ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participant" refers to a person who has been selected from the applicants and certified by our company after passing our screening process (hereinafter referred to as "this Audition").

Article 3 (Activities of ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participants)
1. ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants will be asked to post about the ZINUS JAPAN products they received as gifts on their Instagram account. Posting is required at least twice a month.
2. The activity period for ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants will be from Monday, December 23, 2024 to Sunday, March 23, 2025. However, if we determine that it is inappropriate to continue certifying a ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participant, such as if the activities described in paragraph 1 are not observed, we may revoke the certification. Furthermore, if activities are not carried out without a valid reason, we may require you to pay for any gifts of our products.
3. ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participants may not entrust a third party with the creation or posting of posts, photographs, or other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") that they create as ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participants during the period specified in the preceding paragraph (hereinafter referred to as the "Ambassador Activity Period").

Article 4 (Representations and Warranties of ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participants, Prohibited Acts, etc.)
1. ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants and applicants shall comply with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, and other applicable laws and regulations when creating and posting content.
2. ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants and applicants shall not engage in the following acts:
⑴Actions that discriminate against, unfairly criticize, attack, or slander our company or third parties. ⑵Actions that unfairly interfere with the operation of our company or this audition, or actions that could result in such interference. ⑶Actions that hinder our business or cause disadvantage without legitimate reason or basis. In particular, actions that damage our company's dignity or credibility, or the image of our company or products, without legitimate reason or basis (including criminal acts, actions that violate public order and morals, and immoral acts).
⑷Personal solicitation activities, buying and selling of personal items, or other sales activities or profit-making information provision activities using our company. ⑸Using information obtained through our company beyond the scope of personal use by copying, selling, publishing, or other methods. ⑹Political activities, election campaigning, or religious activities during the audition period. ⑺Entry based on false information. ⑻Acts that are linked to crimes, acts that are contrary to public order and morals, or other acts that violate laws and regulations. ⑼Acts that violate communications from our company. ⑽Other acts that our company deems inappropriate for ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants and applicants.
3. At our discretion, we may request ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants to delete, change, or modify content, and ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants must comply with this request immediately.
4. If a dispute arises between the Company or a ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participant and a third party regarding the Content, the ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participant shall resolve the dispute at his/her own responsibility and expense, and if any damage or loss (including reasonable attorney's fees) is incurred by the Company as a result, the ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador Participant shall compensate or indemnify the Company for such damage or loss.

Article 5 (All Rights, Including Personal Rights)
1. ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants guarantee that they will not infringe any rights, including intellectual property rights such as copyrights of third parties, or personal rights such as privacy rights, portrait rights, and honor rights, regarding the content. If ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants post photos that include third parties, they must obtain permission from the third parties in advance.
2. ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants grant our company permission to use the copyrights of their content, and in the case of surveys, their responses (excluding personal information), regardless of whether they are before or after their ambassador activity period (including posting on our website, official social media, other e-commerce sites, advertisements, public relations materials, etc.), and will not exercise their moral rights. Furthermore, our company may edit the above content.

Article 6 (Cancellation of qualifications)
1. If we determine that a ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participant has violated any of these Terms and Conditions, we may revoke their certification without prior notice. Furthermore, if we determine that an applicant has violated any of these Terms and Conditions, we may revoke their eligibility to apply without prior notice.
2. If a ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participant or applicant does not accept the prize or cannot be contacted for more than one week, we may revoke the ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participant's certification or applicant's eligibility without prior notice.
3. If we revoke the certification of a ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participant or the eligibility of an applicant, we shall not bear any liability to the ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participant or applicant.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)
We shall not be liable for any expenses or damages incurred by applicants or ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants arising from their application for this audition or the activities of ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants, or from any changes, interruptions, or cancellations of this audition.

Article 8 (Exclusion of Violence)
1. If a ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participant or applicant falls under any of the following items, we may terminate all contracts related to these Terms and Conditions without any notice.
⑴ If the person is a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a person connected to an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces (hereinafter referred to as "Organized Crime Groups, etc."); ⑵ If the representative, person in charge, or a person who effectively holds management rights is an organized crime group, etc., or if the person has close ties with an organized crime group, etc., such as by providing funds to an organized crime group; ⑶ If the person has informed the Company, either directly or through a third party, that they are an organized crime group, etc., or that a person connected to them is an organized crime group, etc.; ⑷ If the person has used fraud, violent behavior, or threatening language against the Company, either directly or through a third party; ⑸ If the person has committed, or is likely to commit, an act that damages or is likely to damage the honor or credibility of the Company, either directly or through a third party; ⑹ If the person has interfered with the Company's business, or is likely to interfere with it, either directly or through a third party;
2. If the Company terminates this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not compensate any damages incurred by ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants or applicants.
3. The exercise of the right of cancellation under paragraph 1 shall not preclude claims for damages.

Article 9 (Compensation for damages)
If ZINUS JAPAN Ambassador participants and applicants cause damages to our company (including reasonable attorney's fees) due to their failure to fulfill their obligations under these Terms and Conditions or acts incidental to such failure, they shall compensate us for such damages.

Article 10 (Jurisdictional Court)
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
